Why a dedicated IP
A shared connection is the weak link at 5 PM
Home broadband, office Wi-Fi and cyber cafés put many people behind one public IP address. To the IVAC website, everyone on that address looks like the same visitor — so when thousands of applicants come online at once, one heavy user can slow or limit the session of everybody sharing it.
An IVAC proxy from ProxyHub is a dedicated Bangladeshi IP that only you use. Your sign-up, both OTPs and the booking all travel from an address nobody else is behind.
It is a steadier connection, not a shortcut: IVAC assigns appointment slots itself, and no proxy can promise you one.
The IVAC application day

As reported by Bangladeshi newspapers in 2026, the IVAC online appointment day runs in a fixed window: sign-up and the webfile (PDF) upload between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM, a one-time password to both your email and your mobile, and booking from 5:00 PM.
Since 1 July 2026 applicants no longer pick a time: the system assigns the slot automatically when the application is submitted.
Keep the whole session on one connection. Switching networks between the OTP and the booking is a common way to lose a session you had already got through.

Use your IVAC proxy on a phone or in Chrome
On Android: Settings → Wi-Fi → hold your network → Modify → Advanced → Proxy: Manual. Enter the IP and port from your ProxyHub client area and save. On iPhone: Settings → Wi-Fi → (i) → Configure Proxy → Manual.
Open Chrome and go to the IVAC site. When the browser asks, enter the proxy username and password — the same ones shown next to your IP. On a computer you can set the same details in Windows proxy settings or a browser extension.

IVAC appointment in 2026, and where a Bangladesh proxy fits
A plain guide to the Indian visa appointment process in Bangladesh and what a dedicated Bangladeshi IP can — and cannot — do for it. Rules change often; the official IVAC website always has the final word.
How the IVAC appointment works now
You fill in the Indian visa application online, then book an appointment at an Indian Visa Application Centre (IVAC) to hand in your documents. Centres operate in Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Sylhet and Khulna.
Since 1 July 2026 the time slot is assigned automatically when you submit — you no longer choose it. Your confirmation tells you when to come.
The daily window
- Sign up and upload the webfile (the PDF of your application) between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
- Verify the two one-time passwords: one sent to your email, one by SMS to your mobile.
- Booking opens at 5:00 PM — the busiest minutes of the day, when the site is under the most load.
Where a dedicated Bangladeshi IP helps
- No neighbours on your address. A shared home, office or café connection makes you one of many people on the same IP. A dedicated IVAC proxy is yours alone.
- One address for the whole session. Sign-up, OTPs and booking all come from the same Bangladeshi IP, even if your mobile data switches towers.
- One IP per applicant. Booking for the family? Give each applicant their own IP so the sessions stay separate.
- Choose the range. On this page you can pick the IP prefix your address comes from, or leave it on any range.
What a proxy cannot do
- It does not get you a slot. IVAC assigns slots itself, and there are more applicants than slots.
- It does not skip any step, OTP or document check.
- IVAC has warned that agents selling “guaranteed” appointment slots are not genuine. Pay only the official fees, through the official site.
Using it properly
- Use it the way you would use your own connection: one person, one application, by hand.
- Follow the IVAC website’s own rules. ProxyHub sells a connection, not a booking service, and does not offer bots or automated booking tools.
- Start from a fresh browser window, and do not change network or proxy halfway through the session.

No, and nobody can promise that. Since July 2026 IVAC assigns slots itself, and there are more applicants than slots. What a dedicated Bangladeshi IP gives you is a stable connection that is not shared with anyone else. Be wary of anyone selling a “guaranteed” slot.
Yes. Every address is a Bangladeshi IP on our own servers in Bangladesh, sold to one customer at a time.
One per applicant. If you are applying for four family members in separate sessions, take four so the sessions do not share an address. For a single application, one is enough — there is no minimum order.

No. Keep the whole session — sign-up, both OTPs and the booking — on the same proxy and the same network. Changing halfway is a common way to lose a session.
Cancel and it stops at the end of the period you paid for. The address goes back to the pool after a cooldown. There is no contract and nothing to cancel by phone.
